Who is Zervant?

Zervant is a Finland-based fintech company. The ING Invoice Solutions platform was developed based on their award-winning software. What will happen to my data?

If you choose to switch to Zervant, to make things easier for you, we will automatically transfer your existing data such as preferences, past invoices, customer and product details, etc. to your new account with Zervant on October 25, 2020.
Naturally, we need your permission to pass on these details on your behalf. So be sure to make the switch before October 24, 2020. Once your data has been transferred to Zervant, it will be removed from the ING Invoice Solutions platform.
If you do not wish to continue with Zervant, you can download all your existing data. You have until October 31, 2020 to do so, after which, accounts and data will be deleted before we close the platform as per the updated terms and conditions.

What will happen to Codabox and Yuki?

Zervant’s platform does not at present offer connections to Codabox or Yuki.

What will happen to my account if I don’t switch to Zervant?

Your ING Invoice Solutions contract will end on October 31, 2020.
You have until October 24, 2020 to switch to Zervant and migrate your data. If you choose not to switch to Zervant or you do not migrate your data by this date, you will still be able to log in and download your data. Please note, however, that after October 25, 2020, it will no longer be possible to use any of the features of the platform.
On October 31, 2020 at 11:59pm, your ING Invoice Solutions account and any remaining data will be permanently deleted.
As a result of the closure, please note that you will not be billed for use of the ING Invoice Solutions platform after September 1, 2020.

Can I still use ING Invoice Solutions after October 24, 2020?

No. October 24, 2020 is the last day you can actually use the full functionality of ING Invoice Solutions and migrate your data to Zervant. If you choose not to switch to Zervant or you do not migrate your data by this date, you will still have 1 week to download your existing data. The platform will be definitively closed at 11:59pm on October 31, 2020.

Can I close my ING Invoice Solutions account sooner?

Yes. You can stop your contract at any time free of charge.
You also have the option of downloading all your existing data such as past invoices, product and customer information, etc. You have until midnight on 31 October 2020 to do so, after which time your account will be permanently deleted as per our updated terms and conditions.

Will I be billed for using ING Invoice Solutions after September 1?

No. As a result of the closure, the use of the ING Invoice Solutions platform after September 1, 2020 will be free of charge. You will not be billed for this period.
