We have decided to shut down the ING Invoice Solutions platform as of November 1, 2020.
This means your ING Invoice Solutions agreement will be terminated by that time.
To ensure you will still be able to manage your online invoicing swiftly and efficiently, we have set up a simple process allowing you to switch to our invoicing partner, Zervant. They helped develop our platform in the first place. Want to take advantage of this offer? Make sure you trigger the switch before October 25, 2020.
Who/What is Zervant?
Zervant is a Finland-based fintech company. The ING Invoice Solutions platform was developed
based on their award-winning software. Which is why we are confident they are well placed to
take care of your future invoicing needs. Read more about our partner and the available

Why switch to Zervant?
If you agree to switch to Zervant before October 25, 2020, you can count on:
15€/month afterwards with possibility to downgrade to free version
What will change exactly?
In terms of functionality, very little will change for you. With your permission, we will automatically sync your current data such as preferences, past invoices, customer and product details, etc. to make the switch as seamless as possible. And since the ING Invoice Solutions platform is based on Zervant’s software, the user experience itself will be very similar. Think the service you already know, with a slightly different look and feel, delivered directly by Zervant.
When will the switch take place?
You have until October 24, 2020 to accept the offer to switch to Zervant for
your online invoicing. Your data will then be transferred in the night between October 24 and 25. As soon as your data has been migrated, you will be able to start using the Zervant platform to create, send and manage your invoices online.
