How does the referral to Zervant work?

ING Invoice Solutions will be shutdown permanently on October 31, 2020!
You can still create and manage invoices on ING Invoice Solutions until October 24, 2020.

ING Invoice Solutions proposes two courses of action:

  • Keep invoicing with our partner Zervant by transferring your account and data
  • Download all your data and close your account to invoice using your own solutions
Starting from September 15, 2020, you will receive a notification e-mail and you will also see a new screen in ING Invoice Solutions. That screen purpose is to guide you through the transfer of your account and data to our partner Zervant.

How does it work?

Step 1)

Log in to ING Invoice Solutions. You will see our screen inviting you to apply step by step for a transfer of your account to Zervant. You have until October 24, 2020 to apply.
Click “Next”.

Step 2)

Click “Next” again

Step 3)

You will then be asked to give your permission to transfer your data to Zervant, then close your ING Invoice Solutions account and have your data deleted from our platform.
Tick the relevant boxes and click “YES, I confirm”.

Step 4)

You will now reach the transfer confirmation page. Another browser tab will open to the Zervant website so you can accept their terms and conditions. If you do not see that browser tab, click on “Click to reopen” in the transfer confirmation page.

You will also receive an email confirming your request to transfer from ING Invoice Solutions to Zervant.

Step 5)

On the Zervant browser tab, tick the box to accept the Zervant terms of service and then click on “Setup my Zervant account”.

Step 6)

Done! You are now ready to make the move to Zervant. Your data will be transferred on October 25, 2020, after which you will be able to start using the Zervant platform.
