How to download your data?

Should you decide not to make the switch to Zervant for your online invoicing, make sure you download your existing data (invoices, products and customers data, etc.) before October 31, 2020.
It will be deleted afterwards without possibility of recovery!
If you are switching to Zervant but still wish to download your data for your personal records, please do so by October 24, 2020.

To download your data:

Step 1)

Log in to ING Invoice Solutions as usual, using your e-mail and password: https://invoicesolutions.ing.be/login/login/en

Step 2)

Click on “Settings” in the top-right corner, then “My account”

Step 3)

Select “User Account” from the left-hand menu then click “Download my data”
You can then define a period (e.g. by tax year or data range).
To download all your data, you should download each tax year separately.
You can also select the type of data you wish to download:

  • Credit notes
  • Customers
  • Estimates
  • Invoices
  • Invoicing settings
  • Products
  • Receipts

Step 4)

Click “Start my download”. In the pop-up, select “Click here to download your data”.
Note that it may take up to several minutes, depending on your selection and date ranges.

When your data is ready, open the documents or save them to your hard drive.

Step 5)

Your data will be saved as a .zip file which in turn will contain files in the following formats:

  • Credit notes: both .csv and .pdf formats
  • Customers: .csv format
  • Estimates: .csv format
  • Invoices: both .csv and .pdf formats
  • Products: .csv format
  • Receipts: both .csv and .pdf formats
  • Settings: 3 .csv files with separate settings for receipts, estimates and invoices.

.csv files can be opened using MS Excel. You might get warning messages when opening the files. Just ignore them and the files will open with your data.
.PDF files can be opened using Adobe acrobat, Google Chrome, etc.
